Physiotherapy for Back Pain

Back Pain Clinic

As a Modern Pilates instructor, I understand that many of my clients experience back pain, with around 70% reporting discomfort at some point. My extensive knowledge of back complaints, spinal anatomy, and related terminology allows me to provide expert guidance and work alongside healthcare professionals to help you manage your condition.

Recently, I completed an advanced workshop in Back Pain and Spinal Conditions, where I studied and discussed various topics. This included advanced spinal anatomy, common conditions such as spondylosis, arthritic conditions, prolapsed disc, piriformis syndrome, scoliosis, osteoporosis, less common conditions including spinal stenosis, scheuermann’s disease, spondylolisthesis, ankylosing spondylitis, and more.

In addition, I am qualified at Level 4 in Exercise for the Management of Low Back Pain and hold a Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral. These qualifications have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to create tailored exercise plans that can help alleviate pain and improve overall spinal health.

If you’re looking for a Pilates instructor with a deep understanding of back pain and spinal conditions, look no further. Contact me today to learn how I can help you on your journey to a stronger, healthier, and more comfortable body and back.
