Refund Policy

At BodyMotion, we strive to provide high-quality classes, personal training, 121s and Sports Massage Therapy along with the best possible experience for our clients. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise when you must cancel a session.

Refunds policy

Please be aware all sessions purchased are non-refundable (unless due to exceptional circumstances which are looked at on an individual basis at our discretion) and expire if unused 6 months from the first date of purchase.

Cancellation Process for all sessions

Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email your instructor with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Name].” In the email, provide your name, contact information, the date and time of the class you wish to cancel, and a brief reason for your request.
  2. Confirmation: We will note your request, and if you have followed the cancellation process, we won’t charge for the session.
  3. Less than 24 hours notice: You will be charged as normal. This includes no-shows.

Changes to this Cancellation Policy

BodyMotion reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for updates.
